"903" was created to serve as a counterpart—an "alternative face"—to Kuniburu's original flagship beer, "1926."
To share the appeal of this beer with even more people, we are proud to continue brewing it as a permanent addition to our lineup starting in 2025.
It features a gentle, spicy hop aroma complemented by subtle fruity notes derived from the yeast. Built upon a foundation of malt-derived richness—reminiscent of toast and nuts—the beer is enveloped in a lightness and mild sweetness evocative of crackers and bread. Despite its beautiful, clear reddish-brown appearance, it feels light on the palate and offers a crisp, clean finish.
For this latest batch, we adjusted the malt blend and reduced the number of malt varieties used, resulting in a cleaner, crisper profile.
We will continue to make fine-tuned adjustments in our pursuit of perfection!
