Since 2014, APÉRO has been a home in Aoyama for wine, food, and unhurried conversation. We now open a mature second chapter in Minami-Aoyama.

The people behind the table
Founded by Guillaume Dupérier, APÉRO aims to build a legacy of genuine connection through long-term relationships with growers and guests alike, rooted in his passion for authentic wine and hospitality in Japan. Trained in Lyon, Chef Timothée Barthélémy leads with a philosophy of respect and refinement, crafting menus as a dialogue between two culinary worlds.
